Award space can be limited — especially for popular routes in premium cabins. If I'm unable to find options that represent good value for your trip, I'll let you know and discuss alternatives (different dates, routes, or programs). The $100 deposit covers research time regardless of outcome.

The more flexible you are, the more options I can find. A fixed single date for a popular route in business class is very difficult. A 2–3 week window dramatically opens up availability. I ask about flexibility in the intake form.
